Known for being an amateur golf player, he graduated from Glendale High School, Springfield, MO in 2012, and continued to play golf at Missouri State, Jim McClean Golf Academy in Dallas, TX, one of the most accredited academies in the country, Illinois Central College in Peoria, IL and later moved to Florida where he was balancing out school, golf, and working part-time night dispatch for Christenson Transportation.
In 2013, he got involved in the family business full time. Growing up around the trucking industry, he learned a tremendous amount of knowledge, observing and training under his father, managing his employees and how he treats the drivers and molds them to become better business owners. When not working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and watching Oklahoma football.
