At Christenson, we hire aspiring Owner-Operators, and Lease Operators for all of our fleets. The main difference between these roles is who owns the truck: lease operators lease a truck and eventually own it, while owner-operators drive their own equipment. Each position comes with different pay rates, benefit costs, sign-on terms, and bonuses. Some positions may be limited depending on the fleet so ask a Recruiter if you’re curious.
