Pennsylvania Dedicated CDL-A truck driver advantages include:

Up to 2350 miles = $1450\wk GUARANTEED pay

2350+ pays an additional $.55/mile

Extra drop pay excluding the first and final of each load segment paid at $15.

Our Longevity Stay Pay bonus program makes sure you are rewarded for your loyalty with a bonus every 90 days after one year of service! And the bonuses get bigger every year until 4 years and keep on coming yearly after that. Here’s our easy-to-follow STAY PAY plan:

Following your first year, you’ll earn $1,000 of STAY PAY paid in $250 bonus payments.

After year 2, your STAY PAY goes up to $2,000 paid in $500 bonus payments

Following year 3, it’s $3,000 of STAY PAY paid in $750 bonus payments

Year 4 means $4,000 of STAY PAY paid in $1,000 bonus payments

After year 4, you’re always just 90 days away from a $1,000 STAY PAY bonus!
