RayVaun Christenson is a third-generation leader and Vice President of Christenson Transportation, a family-owned transportation company. He joined the company full-time in 2013, beginning his career in night dispatch and operations before progressing into executive leadership.

Today, RayVaun focuses on strategic growth, operational performance, technology, fleet modernization, driver retention, and expanding Christenson’s brokerage and power-only operations. He also played a key role in the company’s 2021 acquisition of Tennessee-based Sharp Transport.

A strong advocate for the future of the trucking industry, RayVaun serves as a leader of the Tennessee Trucking Association Young Professionals Council and was named the 2026 Tennessee Trucking Association Young Professional of the Year.

His leadership combines the values of a multi-generational family business with a focus on innovation, safety, and sustainable growth. Christenson Transportation has earned multiple industry safety awards, including the 2025 TCA Fleet Safety Awards Division III championship and the TCA Platinum Fleet Award.
