On the Road Recipes – Instant Pot Sweedish Meatballs

1lb bag frozen meatballs
1 10.5oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 Lipton onion soup packet
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 and a half cups beef broth
1 16oz bag egg noodles
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. dried parsley
In an 8qt Instant Pot (you can use a 6qt) insert your frozen meatballs, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup packet, egg noodles, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and broth into your pan. Stir. Place lid on Instant pot and pressure cook on high pressure for 6 minutes then perform a quick release. Stir in your yogurt and parsley. Plate and enjoy.
