It's National Nutrition Month: Here are 7 Tips on How to Eat to Fuel for the Future


March is National Nutrition Month®, and we’re here to celebrate! National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year. Every year during the month of March, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.

This year's theme for National Nutrition Month is "Fuel for the Future” and focuses on eating with sustainability in mind as a tasty way to nourish ourselves during every phase of life, as well as to protect the environment. To celebrate, we’re sharing advice from the campaign, as well as correlating posts from the blog.
