Our Longevity Stay Pay bonus program makes sure you are rewarded for your loyalty with a bonus every 90 days after one year of service! And the bonuses get bigger every year until 4 years and keep on coming yearly after that. Here’s our easy-to-follow STAY PAY plan:

Following your first year, you’ll earn $1,000 of STAY PAY paid in $250 bonus payments.

After year 2, your STAY PAY goes up to $2,000 paid in $500 bonus payments
