Our Longevity Stay Pay bonus program makes sure you are rewarded for your loyalty with a bonus every 90 days after one year of service! And the bonuses get bigger every year until 4 years and keep on coming yearly after that. Here’s our easy-to-follow STAY PAY plan:

Completion of year 1 – Receive $1,000, paid out $250 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 2 – Receive $2,000, paid out $500 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 3 – Receive $3,000, paid out $750 quarterly & beginning on the yearly anniversary.

NOTE: Eligibility for the “Stay Pay” incentive is earned after the completion of each year of service, and is paid on the first check, or settlement, following the last day of the month in which the driver’s anniversary date falls. For team trucks, the “STAY PAY” incentive is paid to the truck, not to each team member.
