Submission of a quote is not a commitment or agreement to accept future tenders. Capacity is confirmed only through mutual award discussions and remains subject to all operational considerations at the time of tender. Rates are valid for 30 calendar days from submission, unless otherwise agreed on in writing. Rates may be revised for any reason if no freight is awarded or tendered and no agreement reached within the 30-day period.

 

Unless otherwise noted, this quote assumes one pickup and one delivery, solo-driver transit, non-hazardous freight valued at $100,000 or less, and excludes accessorials. Linehaul rates exclude fuel surcharge unless specified.
